| Shipping: Our preferred method of shipping is Priority Mail and FedEx Ground. Due to increased shipment security guidelines, we are unable to accept international and APO orders.
Transit time: Priority mail takes 2-3 business days transit time and FedEx Ground typically takes between 2-3 business days shipping to the midwest or 3-4 business days to the coasts. We process our orders quickly, usually within one week except under special circumstances or holiday volume. We offer rush processing for an additional charge, which will insure that your product leaves our location in 1-2 business days.

Damages: If your order is damaged during shipping, please save the packaging and contact us immediately. We will process a claim and re-send you a new item. Please inspect your order when you receive it as we are unable to accept damage claims after 14 days.
Returns - Because we hand-paint our items personally, we only accept returns if the product is deemed defective or if we made a spelling error. We can not be held responsible for spelling errors made on the customers part, but will do our best to help you. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure its quality.
